Revolution is a modern, web-based Career & Technical Education (CTE) management platform developed by educators, for educators. Built as a replacement for a retired competency-tracking system, Revolution uses a modern technology stack and scalable database architecture capable of supporting tens of thousands of teachers, sections, and student enrollments while maintaining long-term archives to meet state and federal retention requirements. Using state-approved competencies and tasks, educators can easily score and track student progress in real time, reducing paperwork and allowing more time for instruction. Beyond competency tracking, Revolution is being designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a CTE student—from program entry, through completion, into post-program outcomes, and even back as business partners offering internships or employment opportunities.

The platform integrates with Single Sign-On solutions such as Google, Microsoft, Clever, Okta, etc., for a seamless user experience, and includes an API (Q2 2026 release) that allows SIS and dashboard systems to automatically synchronize users, enrollments, withdrawals, and course data without manual imports. Revolution is under active development by Multiverse Software, LLC, offering 24/7 secure access from anywhere and the ability to be hardened to meet district-specific requirements. All data is encrypted, and reliability is ensured through hourly database backups stored onsite, offsite, and in air-gapped cloud locations. Together, these features provide a secure, scalable, and future-ready solution for scoring, tracking, and maintaining comprehensive CTE student records.
